Accountmanager Italy

As an Accountmanager for Cut Flowers in the Italian market, you will be responsible for sales and expanding our customer base in Italy for the label Hilverda De Boer. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while attracting new ones. You have a deep understanding of the Italian flower market and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs, thereby achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

• Manage and expand the customer portfolio in Italy.
• Actively seek new business opportunities within the Italian flower market.
• Create and present commercial proposals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Conduct market analyses to identify trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Regularly travel to Italy for customer visits, trade fairs, and events.
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to deliver the best possible service to customers.

What do you bring?

• Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Independent and proactive work attitude.
• Willingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally.
• Affinity with the flower industry and knowledge of the Italian market.
